This is definitely the store you should not only visit, but support as well. They are what just about every other gun shop is not. They are FRIENDLY, CLEAN, STOCKED and very PROFESSIONAL. Most gun shops I have visited in the South Jersey Area are dirty and run down and the staff is miserable or just don’t have personality. This store is a must.
First time buyer. These guys were very helpful. I went in on a Saturday they were swamped and they still took the time to answer all my questions and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. super laid back and professional, down to earth. Highly recommend this place to anyone. They were super knowledgeable about everything they sell as well as the paperwork process. 5 star experience
Bought a 9mm Glock 48 with no issues. They aren’t rude at all. They just get to the point. I enjoyed my purchase and visit and will be back again.
I always feel like they are doing me a favor when I'm shopping in this store. I want to feel like a valued customer. I wanted to try the smaller back strap grip. This was a high end piece. I told them I want to buy it, if it fits right. I was told no not on a new item. So I walked out. Then went to FREEDOM AMMO at 700 Crown Point Rd and spent several thousand dollars, because they are friendly and you feel like a valued customer and not a nuisance. I will not ever be returning to the Arsenal.
While waiting for my gun permit, Tom let me purchase a handgun that he does not always have in stock and that I really wanted. Of course, he put it in the safe until I got my permit but as soon as I did I went in and he showed me how to strip my gun down with no issues and signed it over to me. I really appreciate how open he is to questions and how friendly and approachable he is. When I went to finally pick up my gun, he still was out of stock so I am glad I purchased it earlier rather than waiting.
