Rather disappointed with server’s communication skills. There was only one other table when we walked in, and then an additional table as we walked out. Not busy at all. The server was nice and attentive, but didn’t understand or listen very well. I started off by asking for a little more description of the special. In broken English, she basically read what was on the board, which wasn’t helpful. She asked if we wanted appetizers, and we said no thank you. We ordered our food and I asked for a “half basket” of the seasoned bread, and I specifically said “With dinner.” I point at the menu when working with people with heavy accents. She suggested I order the garlic version one item above and that persuaded me to upgrade, I didn’t mind and I generally take suggestions. I even pointed at the half order on the menu and reiterated "With Dinner". In a short amount of time, out comes the bread and it isn’t in a “basket”. It’s 4 slices on a plate with dipping sauce. I had envisioned a small basket with various breads with garlic on them (a picture would have helped), but more so, it came out way before the entrees, contrary to my wishes. I like to eat bread WITH my meal and when it comes out first, everyone at the table eats it up and I have to squirrel it on a plate and watch it get cold. When the bill comes, I look it over and don’t see the $6 charge. So being honest, I called her over and told her that I didn’t see the half-order of bread. She pointed to the $11 charge and at that point I realized she just doesn't listen and I wasn’t coming back again. I took the extra $5 off her tip. Also have to add, that my daughter’s pasta plate with added chicken ($6 extra) had very little chicken in it. $19 just for pasta and sauce, plus $6 for a small amount of chicken is pretty steep. The food was good and my wife and I enjoyed our dinners. But spending over $100 on three pasta dishes with no drinks or desert, we should get a server who understands us better. So this was the first and last time for us… good luck.

My wife and I are very impressed with the outstanding food and the outstanding service Ms. Lady provided for us. I can say this: they got 2 customers for life!

been looking for the best italian in the orlando area and game over….hands down the best meal i’ve had in the 2 years i’ve lived here. the truffle parmesan tortellini will make your eyes roll back!!! lady is a very kind, sweet presence as your server.

Delicious magnific! This place is the place you want to go for fresh, great flavor food. Of course, it's not our first time here. This time, I ordered pasta with seafood. The seafood is soooo fresh, like the catch of the day! So much flavor, the clams, mussels, shrimp...amazing, you can order with red sauce or garlic with olive oil...the size of portion is more than enough, so much. Who will say no, right?. Then, my hubby ordered Bistecca Piazaiolo (Angus NY steak) with mushrooms sauce, linguine garlic, and olive oil. As an entree, the addictive delicious house made focaccia bread with Italian wine. 🍷 Our host, Ms. Lady, she is amazing and will walk you through the menu and give you the best suggestions.. nice music, nice atmosphere. Dessert house made chocolate cake, wow, who can refuse, right? Then, house made creme brulee with white chocolate and strawberries. Finally, wow, coffee...yes, please count us in. If you are in the mood for pizza, this is your place as well. Hope you take the time to spend an afternoon or evening with All Italian Restaurant. Enjoy!
