Lovely manager Christiana and leasing agent Leia are amazing people who talk to you very well. The manager knows how to set up events very well. At the moment I’m loving these prices and I’m loving the apartments. P.S I’m loving how dog friendly they are !!

Mack was my wingman from the day that I walked in for a tour, until the day I got the keys. He was present even on a day I didn't know I'd need help carrying boxes up to the 4th Floor, due to a delivery miscommunication. Through each question, each application process. For me, even though it took me a while to finally settle in and transfer into my new place. Every Process in between he made himself present the best he could. And I'll always be grateful for that, because nowadays. You get the; "Here's my card, go and do this and that." And you're left to figure it all out on your own. But he didn't do that. The Unit I'm in for me works, it's spacious enough, the colors are warm. I love that we have an officer that comes by at night to make sure our community is safe. I admire the emails of activities of that we have going on in the area as well. The community is still new, and it's quite and for me It's home and that's all you could ever ask for. The candy bag left on my door for Halloween was really cute by the way. Thank You "The Alary"
So far so good. Have lived here for a few months now. Everything is very clean and modern. Only thing I would say in connection with the review below mine is the need for an updated gate system due to homeless individuals using the complex as a shortcut to get out to the road. Also worth mentioning is the presence of alligators inside of the pond behind the building which has a private walking trail. Haven’t had any problems with them but just be careful when walking your dog. Other than that, have no complaints.
The Alary is an awesome and amazing place to live. Rebecca Williams is amazing, wonderful, and so very helpful. The staff is very attentive and aim to please. Apartments are furnished with modern appliances and the view from our patio is priceless. Workout center, pool, grills, pool table, office spaces and so much more. We moved from MO here and was blown away from the moment we walked in the door. It’s conveniently located with restaurants, movie theater, and department stores within walk distance. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to call home.
