Thai Taste Lounge

Hidden away entrance on the side of the building which leads to the reception area and bar. Upstairs is where the bulk of the seating is, but beware of the low ceiling when going up the stairs. Open and bright dinning room with its own bar upstairs. The service was reasonably fast considering we were a large group. Small selection of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails. They also do mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails). They do a set menu if you'd prefer to save some money, or you can order alacarte. Overall, a pleasant experience and I'd certainly visit again. I'd recommend the salter and pepper squid for a starter

Visited on a Thursday night which was booked up in the morning, so had to settle for 18:00 dinner. The restaurant is upstairs, vibe is nothing special. When we arrived there were only 2 other guests, yet it took over 15 mins to take our order. Food arrived fairly quickly, however it was difficult to get the attention of anyone while there, this got worse as the restaurant got busier. The starter of fried salt and pepper squid was tasty with some kick. The pad thai somewhat lacked much taste. It was a generous portion size. Struggle to order dessert, the mango sticky rice, the mango was not very ripe. Overall food is average, decent selection of drinks, service very slow on a busy night.

Fantastic Thai food with lovely, friendly service at a very reasonable price. The restaurant is large and would be good for bigger groups. Service is fast, friendly and fun. The food is really good. Everything tasted great, not very heavy or overly salty. Highly recommend

Atmosphere was good, the dining room is quite intimate so you get served almost immediately. My boyfriend and I both had a Duck Spring Roll for starter and a Red Thai Curry each. Food was a bit too sweet for my liking but that is just my personal taste, nothing wrong with the food. Tried to get into the lounge bar but there was a private party at the time.

Overall it was a lovely gastronomic experience and tasty too...just starters quite expensive and a very small amount..the mains were reasonable portions . Friendly staff and they have 10% service charge..
