Got my booster jab here today as I live in country vic and am in Melbourne for work the staff were incredible when above and beyond to help me out. Couldn’t recommend them higher

I have found Yaz & Fadi (Pharmacists) very knowledgeable & their counselling is second to none. I've been to this chemist numerous times over the last few months and all the chemists and staff have always been super friendly and helpful. My 15 month old son recently cut his finger open, and whilst it was only minor, one of the chemist literally dropped everything he was doing to help me out with my little guy. Highly recommended.

I booked a vaccine booster through the Terry White website to stay safe in the community. The only appointment available was at this pharmacy. I drove 1.5 hours to make my appointment. I was told the vaccine didn’t arrive and all bookings were cancelled (which was fine, these things happen). No apologies were given and the receptionist tried to gaslight me by telling me I was called to notify me of my cancellation by phone (I wasn’t) and that an email was sent out (it wasn’t, I even checked spam). Three hours driving just to not get a vaccine, in a situation that could easily have been avoided through competence. To say I was unsatisfied with the response is an understatement.
