The staff at Terry White Pharmacy are so caring and helpful. We are into our third year of going here and today they outshone themselves. With my husband and I having covid and trying to arrange our medications was made so much easier when our anti viral medications were delivered to our home. We so appreciate your kindness and consideration. Thank you.😄
I find that this chemist is very caring and helpful. They deal with stressed and confused patients in a professional manner. Often I am the one to judge a service by reading the lowest star ratings but I can vouch through repeated visits that TerryWhite Chemmart provides concern and attentive help
I was treated like a common Criminal, first of all I went in looking for my elderly mother and when I went to look at the parfums, I was pounced apon by this overly intrusive woman. All I was doing was checking out the different parfums. As soon as I picked one, she demanded that I go to her counter. I went to her counter and she demanded that I let her do a bag check! I won't be going back to Terry White Chemist in Dandenong ever again! I refuse to be subjected to that kind of behavior and treatment ever again!
Been here for years but this is first time i had good experience. Staff is frendly especially Rohit. He is fantastic. Many thanks.
We waited in line to get some medicine and when I asked the pharmacist to do the price match, he replied "no, we can't do it. Do you want the medicine or not?" even they put a big banner on the front that they do price match. He was rude. I went to chemist warehouse to buy it. Will not recommend this place to anyone
