We recently move in 665 Roselwan and Maria Moreira is the best . She goes above and beyond!! She helped us through t the whole application process. and make us feel at home . This is a great Community and we are .happy to be part it.
This building is very well cared for and looked after especially by Maria the landlord! She goes above and beyond to welcome and ensure people feel a sense of home at 665 Roselawn! We are lucky to have her and this pet-friendly building. There’s never a day I don’t see Maria taking care of something somewhere, even taking care of the front lawns or running around somewhere doing some kind of work! It’s a nice, well kept, pet friendly place to be that feels like home. Thanks for all you do to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
Place is super clean. Building manager Maria Moreira is extremely professional, pleasant, helpful and hard working. I have been living in this building more then 20 years. It is quiet and community based.
Terrace Gardens has been my home for almost 10 years, and I can say without hesitation that the building and On-Site Manager are wonderful! Located in midtown Toronto, the Beltline Trail for walking / running / biking is right behind the building. There are also two TTC stops located just in front of our building, as well as easy access to shopping & dining on Eglinton Avenue West. Close to downtown, yet just far enough to enjoy the peace & quiet of a residential neighbourhood, the building is in a fantastic location! I should also note that Terrace Gardens has a lovely picnic area for residents, and an upgraded laundry facility with brand new machines. Both were part of the many improvements undertaken by Hazelview Properties. Maria is the building Manager. AMAZING is the best word I can think of to describe her. She keeps our building incredibly well-maintained, and stays on top of all repairs & maintenance requests. I also want to say that the other residents in the building are so friendly, it’s a pleasure getting to know them! Given the way the building is professionally managed, and the exceptional day-to-day upkeep by Maria (did I mention she is AMAZING), I can honestly say my resident experience continues to be great! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
I have just recently moved to Roselawn. I must say that its a lovely place to live, amazing neighborhood, good connectivity to downtown and most importantly spacious apartments. I would like to thank Maria, our building manager for smooth leasing process. She is a phenomenal person who makes sure everything in the building is spick and span and our queries are promptly solved.
