They were so helpful in helping me set up my new phone. As a senior it would have taken me hours/days to set up my new phone but they did it in 20 mins and all my pictures from my old phone were transferred over as well.

I had a great experience today at Telus thanks to staff Riley & Dylan! Riley was very knowledgeable with helping me decide on a new phone that would meet all of my needs, made sure I understood my new plan and answered all my questions thoroughly. Due to some issues on my account out of their hands a lot of phone calls and time on hold was had, these guys were very very patient and did everything they could to help make the process be as easy as can be. I was here the other day to switch plans to Koodo. I was lucky to have dealt with Dylan, he was so patient! My girlfriend and I were laughing and chatting with him while I, woefully unprepared, found all the info he needed to start up an account. He was upfront about the price of the phone plan, the benefits of phone protection plans ETC. all while being one of the most pleasant customer service reps I've interacted with. I haven't dealt with any other employees so far, but they were very kind and the other customers seemed happy with their experience. I definitely recommend this store, price wise and customer service wise.
