Very bad service

I have only one thing to say for those who buy a bike from this shop no matter Where you want to buy the bike you can choose any hero shop to buy it.But please for your good never take your bike to this service centre for service I had a very bad experience from here. I have serviced my bike 3 times here and lost the warranty because they didn't add the service on system.only they write on my service book. After 1.5 year my shokabsor got complaint when I try to claim the warranty I got to know that i wont get warranty because of them.Then also when I talk to the manager Ajeesh he said,“don't worry you will get warranty ” and I gave my bike for warranty claim.After two months also when I call him and ask Is my bike ready ,he start to say tomorrow and I get to know that tomorrow was a never ending one then I take my bike back to home now it's been 1 year I was calling him once every 2-3 days no use finally I paid for the shock absor and repaired my bike after one year.

Worst experience My rating is Zero, because I ordered a bike 'xpulse' And they said you can deliver this bike in 7days then we called after 7days then they said sry the paper has not been cleared then they said wait for 7days more. Ok then we said nothing we waited. Then after that 7days we called them . And they said that wait for 3 days more . And a offer when you take white colour you will get 5000 rs discount. And after that day when we call him he said that the papers are ready for the white colour bike. "I had a doubt🤔 the manager was paying for my bike? He was deciding which colour bike did I want to drive . So so bad experience I hate that showroom,and the showroom staffs
