Do not recommend. My daughter was doing Physical Therapy here for about 2 months. On our first visit after the initial evaluation, she had a one-on-one session with her PT that was focused on her reason for being there (in-toeing). Her second session, they paired her up with another boy. After the session, the Pt told me they paired them up for the day because it was his first time going and he was really nervous. So I was like okay that’s fine, it’s just one day. But after that, every session was double booked with him! Occasionally, one of the other therapists on the floor would cheer them on for a few minutes or do a little small talk. But it was all just the same therapist working with both of them at the same time, same exercises and everything. His mom said her son was there because he’d injured his leg, not for in-toeing. I had to cancel one of my daughter’s appts and when I called to reschedule, I asked for her to have her own appt and not be double booked with another kid. I wanted her to have the specialized and specific help she was supposed to be getting. The receptionist seemed confused and said she’d speak to her supervisor that that wasn’t supposed to be happening. A day or some time later, she called back, said she’d spoken to her supervisor and that if I wanted “the floor to myself for the appts” then I would have to go at a later time. Idk what they all agreed to to come up with me “wanting the floor to myself” but that was not the case. I just expected my daughter to not be double booked for some combined general session. It was super frustrating. I don’t care if another kid is on the floor with another physical therapist. I went back for a few more sessions but I won’t be anymore. Also one time, the outside door was locked and another family, some other guy, and myself and my kids were waiting outside the building in the cold (and it’s not in the safest area either), and when we called the office to ask them to open the door, they had us waiting outside for 15 minutes before finally sending someone and that’s after we had to call twice to ask someone to open the doors for us.

Loved my son's teachers! 💙 they were always so friendly and by the off chance we needed to go into the office, my kids loved the cookies there. Lol. Never had a bad experience at teddy bear pedi care. 🥰🥰
