Great job with the iPhone Repair

Scam Bait and Switch. My sister and I got a computer from this place and she gave it to my mother as a 2022 Christmas gift. The computer didn't work in terms of it overheating and kept restarting. I called the number and a man named Dusty or Dustin said that we should have plugged it in with two days of getting it instead of giving it as a gift. In reading his reviews here it's clear he's struggling to keep customers and angry but thankfully for my mother we are able to get our bank resources involved and we bought an actual new computer from Best Buy for her.

i was here like twice i've never used any of their services but the owner has some chill. good vibes. if you don't know what is wrong with your phone because something is wrong with you you will have to pay him to help you though.

I called for a price quote on a desktop computer, possibly a custom built one, and the guy didn't seem to want to answer any specific price questions and just brushed me off and told me to call back later. Against my better judgement I called back a couple days later and asked for a manager and Dustin (the rude, egotistical, and super condescending owner) told me a "custom" computer he could build would be about $2600 + monitor and be better than ANY prebuilt I could buy, but I am familiar enough with the parts to know he was trying to sell me 10th gen Intel parts, DDR4 RAM and a 2080 GPU but at prices even above the new 13th gen current CPU and MoBo prices with DDR5 RAM and above what a 3090 costs right now, and that wasn't even including labor! The only part of the conversation where he told the truth was when he said "I couldn't get a prebuilt with those parts"...and that's because those Intel parts are so old no prebuilt computers are sold with parts that old anymore because they have been discontinued for over 2 years when 11th gen came out, then 12th gen, and now 13th gen lol! I decided to do my own research and priced out a CyperPowerPC custom built desktop with far better specs than his quote for only $940 which includes a monitor lol! Do your own research and save thousands of dollars and many hours of wasted time like I did by assuming this computer store was reputable. Obviously I could not have been more wrong.

Excellent service ! I took in my sons gaming computer and Dustin and the team took care of it like it was their own. Dustin gave me updates along the way and even though I said do what ever he still asked and made sure I was aware of the process throughout the entire clean up and refresh. I have a happy son and I appreciate the excellent service ! Worth the drive south and when electric works is complete I won’t need an excuse to come.

more concerned about his video game than the customer. I was sold a computer for $230 that was not working as it should and damaged. was told it was working fine when he took a week to look at it and then days later tells me he sent it to the company shouldn't take too long. if not will give me a full refund. returned at the end of week due to no laptop. days later no refund posted and he seems to have no concern about his poor service. this was a Christmas gift Dustin. I am disappointed in you service and business. you should do better for your customers. I was trying to support your small business because we went to high school together but you really let me down. I purchased a new computer recently and need my refund in a timely manner. I do not recommend this business for your computer and phone needs! IF HE IS TRYING TO RESELL A WHITE ASUS LAPTOP IT HAS A KEYBOARD ISSUES AND IS BEING REPAIRED. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING IT
