TAX-PRO FINANCIAL SERVICES

They lack professionalism and seriousness! I understand that there may be errors and difficulties sometimes but in my case: they were delayed because they couldn't find a document to give them, the person in charge went on a trip without finishing my taxes and finally they did it on time but they did it wrong! I wasted a lot of time going there to fix it. I do not recommend this place! For the time they have been doing this in East Boston they should be the best but NO! They lack a lot of organization and good customer service.

I've used tax pro for years and I think this is a very trustworthy business Julio cassal is fantastic I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for someone to do their taxes check out this business

Avoid this place at all cost.

Horrible Place! It's clear they all lack of experience. My case just could not got worse and they always either rejected me or gave me inaccurate information that the only thing it did was slow down my taxes. AVOID THIS PLACE since the will always find the easy way out to get rid of you.

Julio was excellent and I will certainly keep coming back! I really appreciated his help and his fees were very reasonable.
