Went in for a trim and came out with an absolutely sick re style thanks to Tori! The vibes are high and it's one of the most welcoming hairdressers I've been too!!

To be honest , these are the real professionals.. The atmosphere over here is fabulous , I am a regular client to these guys from a long time and whenever I visit them it’s a great experience . A huge shoutout to the staff , they are really friendly and keep the salon clean and tidy .. All the professionals over here take good care of customer satisfaction and representation I would love to refer if anyone wants to get a great haircut .. All the best guys !! Thanks

Ok, I will share, but dont tell everyone! I have always struggled with going to hairdressers due to anxiety and my social awkwardness. I made a decision to transition my hair from black box dyed look ( yes, I said that out loud and yes horrifying !) to embrace my natural grey. Tassat hair's staff have supported me every step of the way. My hair looks amazing. Love this salon, I feel valued and always leave feeling amazing!

My friend recommended me this place as she had really nice experience from these people. But when I called to enquire , the person who answered the call was with a poor ' phone etiquette ' .With very bad attitude and also asked me for a deposit without listening to my concerns. So , it ended up even without entering to that place. It's so unfortunate and must understand that sometimes a bad phone etiquette can make a lot of changes in any business. Be gentle on people who's approaching you. After all customer service is the backbone of any business.

Hi sorry to hear you had a bad experience the other day. I was half listening to that call and did not have the same opinion, as it is company policy to take a small deposit for all appointments over a hour (refunded with 48 hours notice) due to the high number of no shows we were experiencing. Running a small business I'm sure you could understand staff need to be paid even if the client cancels last minute. In order to keep our doors open we've had to make this policy. I would be happy to spend some time discussing your hair needs or even our reasoning for our decision, we offer free consultations. After all good customer service is of the utmost importance to us.
Absolutely loving my new haircut and colour. Everyone has been complimenting my new style all week 😊 These guys are legends and they made feel so welcome while doing my hair. Everything feels right about this places, the people, the vibes, the efficiency. Keep up the great work guys.
Always great service and great hair. The convenience of late night appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays is the best. Highly recommend this salon.
Fantastic family oriented business. The staff stay there which is a great indication of how management conducts themselves. Jaz or Jasmine normally does my hair and is extremely passionate and professional with her work. The prices are very reasonable for the service and friendly staff make the whole experience worth it. I highly recommend them for a cut and or colour
Best in the game
Came in for a huge colour correction - walked in with a stubborn dark copper colour that I desperately wanted to get rid of and with the amazing teamwork of all the lovely staff, walked out absolutely stoked with a gorgeous, natural looking light golden brown. I've already gotten so many compliments on it. Despite the salon being busy and with the stylist who was originally scheduled to do my hair on that day being absent because of sickness, the staff had a positive attitude and still ensured that we'd achieve what I wanted by the end of the appointment. The salon has a very nice and positive atmosphere where you won't feel bored sitting in the chair for hours. Thank you guys so much! - Jade
