Tapestry Tyvola

My boyfriend and I just moved in this August and loved the whole experience! Edith was a pleasure to work with. She made our whole experience pleasant and was so genuinely excited for us. This is my first time renting on my own and she did a great job calming all the nerves that go along with it. My boyfriend and I love it here, the layout is perfect for us and truly feels like home. The location is perfect, and being so close to the trains is truly nostalgic for my boyfriend. I have raved to all my friends about the new spot. We take a lot of pride in our new home when we host dinner parties! I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Nancy was soooo incredibly helpful! She was very friendly and polite as well. Property is beautiful and for the price you really can't beat it. Definitely check out this property!!! Definitely will be applying for an apartment very soon there ☺️

Beautiful property, but there are some things to be aware of.. For one, there's the train. The property sits right on the tracks, and trains will run all night most nights. They are extremely loud and depending on the train, they will shake your apartment. In addition to that there's some sort of concrete supply company on the other side of the tracks and they are just as loud. I’ve heard them start work as early as 5a. Don't expect to make a left in an attempt to leave the property because traffic will hardly allow that. The property managers are deceitful in my opinion. They weren’t much help. and Jenny told me one of the most racist jokes I've ever heard. However if you’re fortunate enough to have the leasing agent Imani do your lease, consider yourself lucky. She’s nice, extremely bright, always professional, and greets everyone with a smile. Not a lot of extra amenities, but they do hold several property events monthly. There was also a random bullet that came through my bedroom window my second week of living there. I recently broke my lease and moved. Beautiful property though.

I give 5 stars because of the Location, Cleanliness, and Hospitality of the staffs at Tapestry Tyvola. This is my first time moving in the apartment after college and I appreciate that my leasing professional Imani Higgs has always been the most patient and has always come up with detail oriented solution to any concern I have had. I have always been wanting to bring my pets with me and miss Jenny Kim is awesome at giving me suggestions in addition to the procedure. In terms of location, I think it is very convenient because it is close to South Park Mall, brewery, train station and the airport which allign well with my priorities. The building itself is fairly new, and therefore, newer amentities such as the gym equipments, which I will be taking adventage more in the future.

On Saturday March 11, 2023 my daughter and I went for a tour of a 2br/2ba at Tapestry Tyvola. Imani was so kind and helpful. She took her time and helped us search for the perfect home for our relocation from New York. The brand new construction was amazing, from the amenities, to the details in the apartment. We instantly fell in love. I highly recommend this complex and asking for Imani Higgs when you go there!!
