Sergio was very good at communicating with me and accommodating of my schedule for the repair. The repairs were done faster then expected.

I will never take my vehicle there again. They lied about the time line making excuses. They sub-let it for fluids to top them off, well we had the truck 1day and started to overheat for lack of anti-freeze. Then our batteries went. Sorry but no more for me.

One star is being generous. The people that work there aren't that friendly and seemed bothered by you needing work done to your vehicle. Warranty work. They won't even take the time to call an engineer at Ford to fix the problem. They say we can't fix it. So I call Ford customer service and they say we can't make them fix it. I don't understand my 2022 Bronco hood vibration is 3/8 of an inch movement on passenger side.

Absolutely the best! Daniel and Jose were awesome during the time my car was there. Jose called and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle. When the car was ready it looked awesome!!!
