I was looking for a reliable used car for my mother. The first vehicle I came to test drive wasn’t really what I was looking for, but Melvin helped me by looking for other used cars and suggested the perfect one. What impressed me is how helpful he was without being pushy or forcing an up sell. My current Nissan isn’t that old, but I’m definitely keeping his card handy for when it’s time to replace it.

I was hit by a drunk driver and my 8 month old Rogue was totaled. While I was recovering my husband searched far and wide to replace my car. Luckily, he found Rhonda Walters at Tamaroff. My recent experience at Tamaroff Nissan was a very good experience. Scheduling my appointment was easy and quick. When I dropped off my car for service, I was greeted and handled in a very professional manner by the gentlemen in the service area. Dylan was great about communicating with me about the services that were required to keep my vehicle operating optimally. A rental car was set up for me to use while my car was being serviced, and once the job was done, Dylan communicated with me promptly. I always trust Tamaroff Nissan to provide good service all around.

Not the best experience I had. I been trying to buy a car from the Tamaroff group since 2021 and keep experiencing bad sales employees. Don’t deal with Leo he is extremely rude. Doesn’t listen to his customer. I bought a car in 2020 and had an extremely great experience but that employee is no longer with Tamaroff Group.

I’ve used to bring my car in to Tamaroff all the time for regular service before the pandemic. Now that I work from home I go out of my way to go to the office and drop my car off early in the morning to pick up when they have it ready. This is the second Nissan car I take there for not only regular service but for diagnostics as well. Service Advisor (Jason Danek) is always nice and professional, he took care of what I needed spite the fact they were behind schedule. Price was fair and he granted online coupons. I definitely recommend amazing customer service!
