We just arrived in Spain and my son found this wonderful authentic bar and restaurant. The owner, Lucas, served us and he treated us like his own family. The food was incredible and the drinks were even better. My wife lived in Madrid for six months in college and this place brought her back and made her very happy. If you are in Madrid make the trip. You will experience what it is like to be a local.

We booked for lunch a day in advance to have suckling pig. As there were 8 of us, we were given a private dining experience. Everyone was very friendly and we had a most wonderful meal. Love this place.
This tiny tapas bar is a hidden gem! Despite the language barrier (we don't speak Spanish and only one staff member spoke some English), the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ordered the octopus, jamon, and croquettes – every dish was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend
We went here reading all the good reviews. there was no set menu but we had what was suggested to us and it was great. We had octopus, steak and the tomato salad which was super good with some wine. The place is old and small but has very cosy and local bar vibes. Unfortunately, Lucas wasn't available that day.. however Maria from next door restaurant served us. She was kind and really sweet. As non-spanish speakers we dint face any issues :) I would recommend! 👍
