Jordan was super amazing. She done miracles to get the phone AT&T phone we had unlocked. Fantastic personality. What a asset to your company.

The girl that was helping me did a good job getting me what I wanted, sadly everyone seemed to be poorly educated on what they were selling. My screen protector they put on got cracked on installation and so I went back the next day, the manager on duty was giving me grief about making it right as if I was trying to get a free screen protector out of them. After some friction, he finally took care of it and didn't bother to do it properly. He rushed through it and there was dust along with air bubbles in it so I ended up buying my own on Amazon. Unless you really need something, I'd advise calling or going online for your devices. The only reason I'm giving a 3 star was because the girl was nice and patient. (Edit: found out 8-18-22 that the 800$ trade in I was promised was only a 400$ trade in and now that they can't give me what was promised, I'm now paying more than I wanted to per month since they had to upgrade my plan per corporate to make that happen. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this store and will definitely be filing a complaint)

Made a switch from Verizon to T Mobile, there customer service was super great, couldn’t have been more pleased, they have a great team. The atmosphere was to be noted, very knowledgeable, with a great leader. Feel great we made the switch.

The T-mobile store online said it was open until 8:00 PM but when I arrived at 7:35 PM it was closed! Please update the online info if your going to change your store hours! Very inconvenient and poor customer service!

Extremely unprofessional hiring process. Long and tedious just to be ghosted by the higher ups.
