After a year of interviewing contractors, we decided on Syrus and his team! You could say, we kissed a lot of toads to find our contractor! Matt Syrus and his team are extremely trustworthy and dependable. They were thorough, timely and direct throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with the results. When picking a contractor, our primary focus was experience and honesty. They are the complete package and we’d recommend them to anyone and are planning to use them again in the very near future.

Matt and his team did an amazing job on our house. They were creative in resolving problems and quickly finished our remodel. The trades who came to our home were professional and didn’t delay finishing the work in a very reasonable timeframe. They worked within our budget to accommodate everything we wanted to refresh. I would recommend them highly if you have a project, whether large or small.

Matt has never done work for me personally, but I have seen him build his reputation in the community for a long time and I can attest to his attention to detail, honesty, and professional work. We truly cannot put in words how pleased we are with Matt and his team ...When we decided to remodel our house our biggest fear was end up with a General Contractor who would turn our dream into a nightmare. We knew that going through a remodeling while living in the house, with small kids and a dog, wasn’t going to be easy but Matt understood and made the process very smooth for us. He created an organized schedule and kept us updated of every step throughout the entire process. He was responsive, he accommodated my last minute requests and he delivered exactly what we were hoping for and beyond. I can’t wait to our next project... Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I decided to do a remodel of our Mirabay Home after owning for 8 years. We changed the home from a “coastal Beach cottage” look to a contemporary, new vibe look and feel. Matt and team were wonderful to work with from start to finish; and kept us updated and informed thru the entire 3-3 1/2 month process while we were selling a home out of state. The quality, workmanship and professionalism was priceless and we could not be happier with our new home! I highly recommend Matt, Katie, and the entire team for any job you may have — big or small! There were no unauthorized extras or surprises, the quality was outstanding and completed as promised — within schedule. Our project involved new flooring thru out, complete kitchen and Master bath renovation, new, custom wine bar, new lighting and plumbing throughout and new HVAC system. They were responsive at all times and we cannot recommend them more!
