We’ve used Swimmart Woree on a semi-regular basis over the past few years (choosing to do a lot of the chemical tests ourselves) but just recently our Chlorinator died creating a huge excess salt issue. Our property manager/landlord wanted to use their own pool supply shop to replace the chlorinator, but in doing so the other pool company put the chlorinator into the pool and turned it on whilst the salt levels were still way too high. Swimmart Woree have made the whole process easy in trying to rectify this error from the other pool shop and we would highly recommend them to any pool owners. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and we will now be using them for ALL our pool testing.

1 star review because I called to clarify billing and on-going maintenance, yet what happened an hour later was completely different from the conversation. I received an email on 25/2 advising there was an outstanding invoice for $73. I called on 2/3 (5 days later or 3 business days)when I returned from holidays to confirm receipt and asked the best way to connect them with the new real estate agent so billing could be handled through the agency for tax purposes. I suggested email, which they were happy with. About an hour later, I received an email from my real estate agent advising that Swimart no longer wished to service the property.
