I needed a replacement pool pump and was unable to source elsewhere without placing a backorder to receive in 3-4 weeks. Swimart sourced the model I needed: ordered on Tuesday and there on Friday as promised. Price was competitive and service top level. Now installed, the pump is working to keep my pool 100% during this hot period.

Swimart came out to look at my heat pump that had a flow valve issue in October 2025. Since then I have contacted them 6 times. Each time I was given the same excuse about waiting for the rep and that they would have a quote for me in the next few days. Not once ever actually getting back to me. Extremely poor service.

Went to swimart Warners Bay this afternoon to pick up a hose for my above ground pool. The gentleman that served me went above and beyond to help me fix my situation. Very professional lovely person will recommend and I will return. Thank you for your help.

Swimart have been looking after my Mum’s pool for past +/-2yrs. Very good service, although they did take some time to fix the creepy crawly, Im actually not sure whether this was ever addressed. Otherwise a good service, I would recommend
