The team at Swimart Taringa provide some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in Australia. I started taking care of a pool for the first time about six months ago and have worked with Adrian, Ray, Connor, and others. Every time I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve taken the time to explain things thoroughly and offer helpful tips on maintaining my pool. We spoke with Swimart Taringa about options for repair or purchasing a new filter and we made the decision to buy a new one. Ray and the other staff at Swimart were really quick and efficient and great communicators in organising the installation of the filter. They took away our old filter and sorted the pool out. I have been going to Swimart Taringa for a couple of years now and they have been consistently friendly, knowledgeable and will spend a lot of time with you trying to sort through solutions. I really recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

A severe lack of customer service skills 3:30PM 24Mar2025 Of course you can't locate any record because he didn't even care who I was! If you want to say you strive to provide "profesional service", you should give him a customer service training first. He could destroy your business!!

Tony and the team have always provided excellent service, good advice and been very prompt to deal with any issues

They have been servicing our pool every 2 weeks for over a year. They fail to recognise the seal between pump and motor was leaking. The corrosion has taken months if not a year to occur. So we are up for a new pump. Not recommended
