We had an outstanding experience at Swimart today and I specifically want to recognise the young boy Ryan. He went completely above and beyond for us. From water testing to explaining our pool chemicals step by step, his knowledge was exceptional. He didn’t just hand us products, he took the time to properly explain what each chemical does, why it was needed, and how to use everything correctly. On top of that, he kindly helped carry everything out to our car without even being asked, which we really appreciated. His customer service was professional, patient and genuinely impressive. It’s rare to see someone so young demonstrate that level of confidence, care and understanding. We left feeling informed and completely supported. Swimart is very lucky to have him on their team. He absolutely deserves recognition for the way he represents the business. We will definitely be back because of him.

Aaron and Hayley as a team are brilliant to work with - Aaron recognised as one of most highly skilled pool technicians in the area , there’s basically nothing he doesn’t know and Hayley and Mal in the retail shop can answer any of your pool questions. I can’t thank Michael enough for his guidance, expertise, and efficiency. He saved us thousands of dollars. He not only fixed the issue with our pool filter but also took the time to teach us how to ensure it runs properly and what to keep an eye on as new pool owners. Michael was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and considerate. He never took advantage of the fact that we were inexperienced—something we truly appreciated. We are so, so grateful for his help, and he has definitely become our go-to for any pool needs. After seeking three other quotes, I was very appreciative how Michael was the only one considering our budget, needs, and all available options. Thank you so much! Mai is so supportive. He is the best staff I ever met, he would help me check the book and find the parts I need. I am so lucky to meet him, he is patient and responsible, help me make phone call for the multi valve part and teach me how it work! That is why I make a comment here, thanks Mai
