⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Swimart thanks to Rami. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly explain what my pool needed. Instead of just trying to sell products, he made sure I understood the best way to keep the water balanced and the pool running perfectly. His customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and very patient with all my questions. You can tell he really cares about helping customers and knows his stuff. If you visit Swimart, definitely ask for Rami. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable & owners prepared to go out of their way to help Just recently bought new sand filter & pump in process of buying new pool cleaner. Prices are competitive but the difference with other options/suppliers is the friendly knowledgeable & efficient backup service Highly recommended

I so badly wish I read the other one star reviews before booking a pool service with this company. After calling to question an extremely high invoice, the owner became aggressive. He then slammed down the phone and I could hear another staff member swearing in the background

Monday this week I was cleaning my pool and I had great difficulty getting the filter basket out, it had always been easy to do just not today…. After many try’s I decided to phone the pool shop and see if there was something I was doing wrong, get some advice, the kind help was reassuring that I was doing all the right things, so pool shop manger said he’d send his boys to have a Quick Look, they promptly came could see where the problem was and got it sorted and at the same time they reset the timer on my pool which has been a challenge as well all to no cost to me, I didn’t expect it to be free but it was like a breath of fresh air getting such good service. Will certainly be using and recommending them. Thank you once again.

Terrible customer service and only care about taking peoples money

Ripped off our friends, out of 1000s. We’ve witnessed the damage and faulty products, so don’t bother with the canned “we haven’t worked with you directly” response and maybe solve the problem? Just a thought…
