Great family run business, who always go above & beyond to look after myself with my pools. The team is always willing to pass on knowledge & help out in any way they can. 10/10 service.

Monday this week I was cleaning my pool and I had great difficulty getting the filter basket out, it had always been easy to do just not today…. After many try’s I decided to phone the pool shop and see if there was something I was doing wrong, get some advice, the kind help was reassuring that I was doing all the right things, so pool shop manger said he’d send his boys to have a Quick Look, they promptly came could see where the problem was and got it sorted and at the same time they reset the timer on my pool which has been a challenge as well all to no cost to me, I didn’t expect it to be free but it was like a breath of fresh air getting such good service. Will certainly be using and recommending them. Thank you once again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, very friendly and helpful, everything was quick and easy to understand instructions on how to balance our pool post cyclone. Will definitely return.

Terrible customer service and only care about taking peoples money

Ripped off our friends, out of 1000s. We’ve witnessed the damage and faulty products, so don’t bother with the canned “we haven’t worked with you directly” response and maybe solve the problem? Just a thought…

Would definitely NOT recommend using these guys! Worst customer service and they will sell you a faulty product, then lie about it and refuse to give you a refund!

You guys need to look after your customers better if you want to continue with the good reviews. Seriously.

Was sold a faulty robot pool cleaner for $2400. Which went in for repairs several times. Only to receive it back damaged. After refusing to take it damaged and asking for a refund was told i could not get one as it work and if i wanted a refund i need to write a letter to the manufacturer.
