Bought an expensive cleaner. Wanted to return it as it wasn’t right for my pool. They never replied to my 5+ emails. Terrible after sales service.
Best pool shop around. Jordan is very knowledgeable and instructed me which chemicals would make my pool clear as day. What a legend!

Swimart Rose Bay provides amazing service. Their pool cleaning is thorough and professional, consistently leaving the water crystal clear and the area spotless after they leave. The people who answer the phones are incredibly knowledgeable and have great passion and understanding for any pool need, they helped me tremendously. Engaged Rose Bay Swimart to look after our pool. The service was sporadic & often they couldn't stick to the agreed dates. They would service the pool & not the spa, not checking anything which caused the pump to burn out. $1100 for a new pump & no responsibility taken. We stuck it out. We were often charged for chemicals not used & many times they topped up the chemicals not required. One day I got annoyed & called the shop got ignored. We cancelled the service & held payment on an invoice. After some 10 months, I told them Im not paying the $300 service invoice & the reason. The owner took offence to the allegation & without even asking for any sort of evidence or trying to remedy the situation, denied everything even though I have CCTV footage. Anyways not worth the argument & DEFINITELY NOT recommended.

Our previous pool service company was doing a pretty ordinary job (eg not doing any backwash if the pool level was too high, not cleaning the spa properly, even not always emptying the filter basket!) so we switched to Swimart Rose Bay. What a difference it has made! Our pool is now being cleaned thoroughly, given a backwash if required etc, and looks fantastic. Thank you Noah.

Broke my vacuum bot and still charged me the service. I stopped doing business with them. Then close to a year later still tried to send me a fraudulent invoice.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. To clarify, there was no mention of any Jetvac issue until several months after the service. Still, we covered it under warranty as a goodwill gesture, despite no clear evidence of fault. The invoice you referred to was sent in error nearly a year later — we called straight away to apologise. We're sorry this caused frustration. We always aim to be fair and professional, and we're sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations.
Advice and availability of products generally good. But your weekend opening hours are a joke. I'd argue that most people in the neighbourhood work during the week and the weekend is when pool maintenance is done. Open until only 2pm on a Saturday and closed all day Sunday doesn't make any sense.
