Well equipped store, and staff were very friendly, but didn't stock the spa chemicals or test strip's we were looking for unfortunately.

My experience this time with swimart Rockhampton was spectacular in the past it has been very disappointing it took 2 months to get a whole new chlorinator system due to bad management at the time but now they have changed their management team and the store is running very well and professional again very pleased with the the service now

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was billed for a pool service but no one showed up to perform the service. When I called to resolve the issue, the representative was rude and refused to provide any explanation or proof of the visit. They even said they would still charge me with no valid reason. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Just ha a new sand filter and pump put in for our pool. Couldn’t be more happier with the service of the lady’s at the front desk to the gentleman that installed them he done new pipe work as-well so much more tidier now. The whole team at swim-mart were so helpful and respectful could not recommend them highly enough.
