They provided a great service unfortunately was slumped with a huge bill at the end. Wasn’t told about how much it would cost before getting the service done or during. Got emailed the invoice a day later and was shocked with a $600 bill. Pool is now good but for $600 it better want to be good!!

The lady there has no idea what's she is talking about. I don't believe she is technical at all. Doesn't listen properly and don't know how to treat customer. However, the boys and the gentleman are very polite and understanding. Carefully listens and responds withe right and good advice.

The guys at Swimart really know there stuff. Got some supplies and had the water tested. I highly recommend them for all your pool needs !!

I have just purchased a new property with a pool and have never owned one previously. The guys at Swimart are fantastic and really helpful with great advice. They helped to alleviate my concerns and educated me on pool chemistry, pumps, maintenance and flow paths. I can now relax and enjoy my pool with confidence.

Highly recommended. Our pool pump stopped working after a storm. I spoke to Jim on the Friday afternoon and Jim was at my property the next day to replace the pump. Excellent service.

Very expensive for a 10 minute solar repair

Jim the owner came to teach us how to use our system. He was very helpful in explaining everything and what settings to use to save running cost's.

Jim is an absolute legend and goes above and beyond. He set our new pool up for us. We had a few dramas that were nothing to do with him. He helped us straight away and got everything sorted for us and answered all of our calls and there were plenty to get our pool up and running. Could not recommend him enough!
