A Big thank you to Jamie and the team SwimArt Pakuranga....Recently converted the pool to Salt after consultation with Jamie. Everything went well, installation and adding salt and Magnesuim. 2 weeks later the pool developed a reaction and the fiberglass turned a strange opaque colour. Jamie and the team tested the water had a site visit and 24 hours later normal transmission had resumed .water and pool back to blue 💙. The communication was faultless the analysis and remedy of the problem was efficient and effective.....I was worried but Jamie was professional and understood we needed to be reassured..I can not thank them all enough....such a pleasure to deal with.....I highly recommend chatting to them about anything and everything pools and Spas.

I really wanted a good experience here, but it fell well short. I visited twice as a complete beginner looking for clear, confident guidance on setting up my above ground pool. The team were welcoming and the trainee was genuinely helpful, but the advice on both visits was unclear, unstructured and left me more confused each time. Even after bringing in my pool water for testing, I still didn’t understand what steps to take, despite repeating my questions several times. I was standing there with nearly $200 of chemicals in my hands and still no confidence in how to use them. I was eventually told about the induction/set-up service, which sounded like exactly what I needed. I appreciated the team arranging an urgent appointment. Unfortunately, when the technician (possibly the owner) arrived, the experience deteriorated immediately. He seemed uninterested, became defensive when I explained my earlier store experience, and questioned whether his staff would have said certain things. He also said they “don’t work on my type of pool”, something never mentioned during the booking, which only added to the confusion. The main issue came around the pump setup. I made it clear that he should not assume I wanted him to set up the pump for me — I simply didn’t know it needed to be running beforehand, and I was completely willing to set it up myself on the spot. I only needed him to explain the steps as part of the induction. Instead, he became annoyed, as though I expected him to do everything, which was never the case. His attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable. At one point he asked if I wanted him to come back another time. When I paused and repeated the question back to him, he walked off my property without finishing the job. To be very clear, I don’t blame the in-store staff. They were polite, and the trainee genuinely tried to help. My issue is the owner’s attitude and the way he handled the situation. I understand defending your team, but he didn’t once consider that what I was explaining might actually be true. We all make mistakes, including myself, but the way he behaved on my property felt unnecessary and unprofessional. If someone in my organization behaved like that with a customer, I would address it immediately. After this, I visited another local pool supplier, and the difference was massive. They explained everything clearly, took me through a proper customer journey, told me exactly what I needed to prepare, and then came to my property and completed everything professionally with great communication. That was the level of service I was expecting from the start.

Excellent service, Jamie really helped us out when we were in a time crunch needing some parts fixed ASAP. He provided a tailored service especially for us, going above and beyond. His team are extremely helpful & knowledgeable also. Highly recommend Swimart for any pool or spa needs! We've been using them for over 13 years and always a great experience. The team are always very helpful and offer useful advice. They make it very easy to diagnose water issues and recommend the correct fix. All the necessary chemicals are stocked as well as some spa filters etc.
