Been charged 500$ in the span of 3 months for mineral salt which I didn’t want. They also added it for the winter which when I called to their shop and pretended to be their client they advices against doing it for winter only summer. Then been talking 3 times with stuff about it but every time they act like they hear about the issue for the very first time. Scammers

I have been using Swimart North Strathfield for a very long time. Service used to be excellent. Not sure what has happened recently but things have dropped off. I have called the office about 5-10 times in the past week and asked them to call me to fix an incorrect installation of pool cleaner - but they seem to be very slow to respond.

I recently had an excellent experience with an on-site service from this team. The two young men who visited were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I especially appreciated their clear instructions on how to use my pool vacuum. They were professional and made the process smooth and easy to understand. Their knowledge and patience left a lasting impression on me, and I would absolutely recommend their services to others. If you need assistance, especially with your pool maintenance, this is the team to call. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations.

They are not honest people. Promise you come this day but reschedule all the time without telling you. Promise you one price over the phone but keep changing the price when you talk to their staff in the shop. The management is super awful! Don’t trust their service.
