The team at SwimArt Strathfield have been super appreciated by our family over the last 10 years. Their knowledge of pool equipment, chemistry and practical advice, plus excellent service has made our life easier and more enjoyable. We will actually miss Robert, Brian, Hendra et al when we move to the next home! Highly recommended.

I got my pool served by Sam. He is an expert in pool services he did a phenomenal job at cleaning the pool and was knowledgeable with all the question I asked. Sam is very reliable and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Sam.

Just had the Express Pool Care yesterday. Yong was very nice and efficient. Staff at the shop are also very friendly and professional. Inquiry was attended immediately. Very pleasant experience!

Ordered a pool heater in beginning December with a pool cover as guaranteed it would be delivered and installed within 2-3weeks
We are in March and only last week have completed. They lack communication and tried to charge us extra for mistakes they made. There came back numerous times with no indication of coming besides a five minute warning text, and said sorry we can’t complete today. We are very disappointed with the service
