Good honest advice.

I have mixed feelings about this business. I first booked a service just before summer last year and worked from home that day so I could be there, but no one showed up. When I called, it turned out the person who took the booking never wrote it down. They came the next day after I followed up. Then in February this year I booked another service and the same thing happened — no one turned up, and again I had stayed home from work for it. I called the next day and was told their guy was sick, but no one ever called me back. I booked again the following week and they told me everything was confirmed and the technician would come with an assistant. Once again, no one showed up and no one contacted me. This has now happened every time I’ve tried to book a service. The service guys themselves are nice, but the booking system really seems broken. I moved on. But I am writing this review as the other day I received an email asking "How did we do? Please write a review"! I thought that's just broken.

I’ve been using Swimart Mosman for more than 2 decades with mixed experiences but ever since Matt assumed ownership a few ago the experience has been consistently excellent - both in terms of technical expertise and the enjoyment you crave but often don’t get in dealing with a business you depend upon. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Glad to have Matt, Mark, Freddie and the team as our pool crew. From chemical balance testing; supply of chemicals; servicing the pool whilst we holiday; to repair/replacement of the equipment, they provide friendly, knowledgeable, honest & prompt service, at a fair price. Yes, you may be able to save a few $$ shopping online & DIY but the convenience of local expertise a phone call away is priceless. Happy to recommend Swimart Mosman.

Swimart is a friendly efficient enterprise. The staff have a lot of expertise including marine engineering. They had the expertise to install new parts to an old neglected pool housing and pump. Instead of recommending new parts when they could have, they worked through the issues and solved the problems with the old parts. We found them trustworthy, a rare commodity today. Highly recommend them.

There is a review below from Andrew Carlton re his experience with Swimart Mosman. Andrew refers to a “more important customer” and that customer was me!! I can assure everyone that Andrew’s reaction was totally inappropriate and way over the top. Neither Mark nor Matt did anything wrong and Mark was just trying to assist me with an issue that I had been speaking to him the day before.. that interaction would have lasted 10 seconds before this customer spat the dummy.. Swimart Mosman is better off with this customer shopping at Bunnings and good luck getting your water tested there and receiving knowledgeable pool service.
