These guys are super helpful! They never push any products you don’t need and handled the warranty on a product they didn’t sell us (we would definitely buy everything from them in future!) they have helped us feel confident looking after our own pool, which has saved us a lot of money. Highly recommend their expertise, they are always happy to explain the results and work with you to keep it in check.

Now we get a regular Value service so I have complete piece of mind and I don't have to waste time / money dashing to adjust levels etc. They're also brilliant for our community as sponsors of the Netball Club my three daughters play for!

We were very happy with Martin. He was so helpful. We could not believe that he put everything back together while we waited. He told us about the B.W.T Robot and we ended up buying one. Have used it and are absolutely wrapped. Couldn’t be more pleased.

The free pool water check and advice regarding cleaning my 50000 l Aloha fully tiled with floor vac system. I treated the water with your chemicals aand am brushing daily.However after a week pool still light green. Would like to book a tech visit sap. Please advise .

Martin was very knowledgeable and spent time with me to explain how my pool water could be improved.

Came back from a 5 week trip away and pool was green. Got water tested and recommendations were made with a printed form on what to do and when. Resuscitated my pool over the busy Christmas period with assistance from my son. Thanks for your patience Stef.

Found this pool shop because they’re open on Sundays, and now it’s the only place I go. The team is super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They actually take the time to explain everything properly. Great local business with excellent service every time.
