First time pool owner, first time pool test and the staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable, the test was quick and everything I needed to correct the pool was in the shop and price of the two chemicals was reasonable. I had a couple of questions and I was told how to do it and applied when I got home. Thanks Swimart see you next month.

This is my first time making a review.. I want everyone to know that if your pool has seen better days like mine was three weeks ago..All you need is the HELP from the Amazing and Knowledgeable Team at Swimart Minchinbury.. I was very embarrassed to take my water sample to be tested as my pool was more like a swamp..But the Friendly Brooke put my mind at ease..She explained exactly what I had to do.. I am truly so grateful..Looking forward to warmer days when my family and I can enjoy our crystal clear pool thanks to Swim art Minchinbury..if I could give them 10 stars i would 😍

Great service. No job is too big or small.

The store is run by young high school kids with no experienced person in sight. Been going to this place for years and seems like no improvement. Recently, I visited and received terrible pool treating instructions that caused a high imbalance of chemicals. I will be changing to another store.

Andrew and his team have always gorn above and beyond with the help they have given me over the years. I personally cannot fault any of them. Well it's been a while since I've been to swimart at Minchinbury and it's good to see the service hasn't changed still so very polite and informative Sabrina and Brooke your boss Andrew should be very proud of you two girls obviously he wasn't around I was told that he was working for a change and not trying to get his handicapped down I mean physical work but congratulations on the great store keep up the good work

Brooke and Sabrina are absolute legends. Every time I come into the shop they’re friendly, patient, and genuinely keen to help. Whether it’s water testing, explaining what I actually need or giving simple step-by-step advice to keep my pool looking good, they always make it easy. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, they make the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this place and the amazing team!

Great customer service Brooke & Sabrina are always helpful.Andrew is very experienced which we have needed.

Communication is terrible. Our pool is still cloudy. First time got them out to clean our pool & still no good. I don’t have knowledge about how to clean it as I’m new at having a pool. Paid $800 for them to come out & didn’t get proper service only to get rid of the algae However to say - Andrew not helpful & came across abit arrogant. NOT HAPPY

Cheap cleaning and pool servicing. Was paying $300 plus for another guy to clean and found out they only do them for $120 then $100 thereafter. They're also very knowledgeable and i finally found all the replacement parts I needed that couldn't be found anywhere else

Staff knowledge is great and the service from the weekend staff is next level. Old school customer service is good to see.
