Super helpful team for first-time pool owners. They even quickly put together a pipe adapters for a tricky to reach spot to help drain some excess water after a heavy rain.

I visited this store at 4:30 PM on Friday, April 24th, for a standard water test and was met with an incredibly dismissive and rude attitude from the staff member at the counter. I have used Swimart Glen Waverley and Swimart Brighton many times and have always had a seamless, lovely experience. At those locations, I usually hand over the water and browse until the results are ready. At this store, the staff member seemed instantly annoyed that I walked in while finishing a phone call (which I ended immediately once I realised he needed more details). When I couldn't immediately recall the exact literage of my pool, he told me off and continued to provide unnecessary attitude. When I eventually called him out on his behavior, he actually doubled down and criticised me for being on my phone when I entered. I was shocked by the lack of basic customer service. If you want helpful advice and a professional environment, save yourself the trouble and go to the Brighton or Glen Waverley branches as they are worlds above the Malvern location.
