Installation of brand new pool pump and filter. Ancient system in dire need of upgrade. Niki understood my concerns and promptly quoted the right options, while Kelvin, the installer, did a very good job at installing the pump and filter, with barely any room to work with. All in all, I'm very pleased with the upgrade, and the effort made by the team at Swimart Liverpool.

Very unreliable and unprofessional It is not the best service. 2 month earlier i booked them for pool cleaning they come and always in rush to runaway and never finish the job. Very unprofessional. All the staffs only work for getting paid doesnot care about the customer no matter how many times you resecdule they come and runaway as quick as possible and sometimes don't even show up this is a honest review be careful.

Our team attended multiple times, however we were unable to complete the service due to issues outside our control — including a non-functional pump, low water levels, and the property being locked on several visits. We’ve provided the customer with all the evidence and communication, and we remain happy to assist once the pool and access are ready for service.

Phone answered by a young man that sounded like he was taking a nap. New owners were not interested in helping regarding information or troubleshooting with my system purchased from the previous owners of Oscar and his crew. They were quick to suggest an inspection at a cost. Pretty much told me I was out of warranty and laughed awkwardly. Shocking service, am now scrambling to get our $6000+ gear looked at but dont know where to start. Nightmare.

At the time of your call, our team was assisting a number of in-store customers, and it can be quite difficult to accurately diagnose pool system issues over the phone. We did offer to arrange for a suitably qualified technician to attend your property. As your pool system is over four years old, it is no longer covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. In these circumstances, a service fee is required for our technician to visit and diagnose any issues. We would be happy to organise a technician visit should you wish to proceed with a paid service call.
