Great pool shop - super helpful and friendly staff! Big thanks to Tim and Liam for helping me out with some spare parts for my old sand filter. I also really appreciated Liam helping me out just before closing with an on-the-spot repair of some leaky PVC plumbing that the previous owner of my house had left behind. I highly recommend Swimart Lawnton!

Tim,Bec and the gang have been fantastic. Have gone above and beyond for our pool and accessesories (including gear not supplied by them) and taken the time every visit to explain things over and over when ive struggled to get my head around stuff giving written Steps to follow on the water test reports. Can strongly recommend giving them a go.

I have been a regular at SWIMART Lawnton for approximately 9 months. On every single occasion that I visit their store to get my pool water checked, I have been consistently impressed with their amazing customer service , honesty and helpful hints about how to manage a pool. Tim has outstanding customer service and because he has worked in the field as a pool cleaner/service person, he always has very helpful advice for me on how to get the best out of my pool equipment and chemicals . Their prices are cheaper than Bunnings too. Prior to going to Swimart I had gone to Bunnings after very rude service from another pool store , who also thought that overdosing a pool with chemicals that reduce effectiveness of chlorine, were the only way to get rid of black spot. I have since learnt from Swimart, that there are alternative ways to clean the pool without me having to half empty it and buy $600 of tank water to dilute the chemical the other company had used. If you are new to owning a pool or have had a pool for years, I strongly recommend Swimart to you…what you will learn from them is better than any course you could do and my pool has been well managed since I have been going to Swimart . Even visitors have commented on how great my pool is now looking.

Went to Swimart Lawnton after poor service from our previous pool cleaner. Bec and Liam have been amazing organising our monthly visits. Korey came out this afternoon and was efficient with the clean and let us know about issues with our equipment the other cleaners hadn’t told us about. Very happy with the service!

Over priced

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could, the above and beyond customer service is outstanding... thank you so much for your assistance today with our spa issues!

I have had Swimart Lawnton manage my pool and equipment in my rental property (I paid for service and tenants paid for chemicals). They did an excellent job with the pool and also with maintaining giving advice on and repairing equipment. Would highly recommend anyone with a rental property to consider this service as it ensures that your pool is kept in good order whilst your property is rented. Of course would also recommend their service if you live in the house and want a hassle free way to maintain your pool.

Overpriced parts and poor customer dealing. Went in to get a replacement skimmer box plate. $45 for what most other places were around the $30, as not a branded version, just a generic standard one. Asked what the best price they could do as found others at $22 (online - so even with shipping, around the $32 mark), along with others at $29 or $30 as wanted to still buy it from the place iv'e been a customer of 14+ years. Lady on customer service said can't match online and only local places, which said fair enough for online, then found other local places still around the $30 mark. Was told that as a small business they don't have the buying power of other places, so the best they could do was $40. Said thanks, but no thanks and left without purchasing as knew that $40 for a generic skimmer cover was over the top. Drove a few minutes further down the road to Ireland's Pool Supplies who had the exact same one for $25.16 (shelf price), who are also another small business. Won't bother next time.
