We had such a great experience with the team at Swimart Lawnton, especially Liam. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help. Liam took the time to properly test our pool water, clearly explain what was needed (and why), and made sure we felt confident managing everything ourselves. There was no overselling – just honest advice and practical solutions that actually worked. It’s so refreshing to deal with a local business that values service and expertise. If you’re looking for reliable pool care and someone who really knows their stuff, I’d absolutely recommend Liam and the team at Swimart Lawnton.

I have had Swimart Lawnton manage my pool and equipment in my rental property (I paid for service and tenants paid for chemicals). They did an excellent job with the pool and also with maintaining giving advice on and repairing equipment. Would highly recommend anyone with a rental property to consider this service as it ensures that your pool is kept in good order whilst your property is rented. Of course would also recommend their service if you live in the house and want a hassle free way to maintain your pool.

Overpriced parts and poor customer dealing. Went in to get a replacement skimmer box plate. $45 for what most other places were around the $30, as not a branded version, just a generic standard one. Asked what the best price they could do as found others at $22 (online - so even with shipping, around the $32 mark), along with others at $29 or $30 as wanted to still buy it from the place iv'e been a customer of 14+ years. Lady on customer service said can't match online and only local places, which said fair enough for online, then found other local places still around the $30 mark. Was told that as a small business they don't have the buying power of other places, so the best they could do was $40. Said thanks, but no thanks and left without purchasing as knew that $40 for a generic skimmer cover was over the top. Drove a few minutes further down the road to Ireland's Pool Supplies who had the exact same one for $25.16 (shelf price), who are also another small business. Won't bother next time.

The staff performs friendly and excellent service

We have been having our pool serviced monthly by Swimart Lawnton and we couldn’t be more happier. Every month they come and check the pool, test the water, add the necessary chemicals and adjust anything that needs adjusting. They are great value for money and the peace of mind is priceless. I would recommend them to all pool owners in the area!

Tim, Liam and Bec were very helpful in replacing my Saltwater Chlorinator with an Australian made, more affordable and better quality AIS product with a longer warranty.
