Great service and friendly staff

I have been coming to this store for 12 years now. It’s not the closest store to my home but I know I will always get great service from Tim and his knowledge is outstanding. They don’t try and sell you product if it’s not needed and Tim always makes me feel welcome and knows me by my name! Keep up the great work guys!

The service from Tim at Lawnton is outstanding with he's Directions. And also, his knowledge, an understanding of the pool needs As a customer, this is it is important to us.

Always a pleasure coming into the shop! Every interaction I’ve had with managers Bek, Liam and staff member Korey have been professional and knowledgeable. The team is always friendly and willing to help with any of your pooling needs. As someone located on the south side I always go out of my way to go to the Lawnton store purely because of the immaculate service and knowledge.

Excellent customer service and staff have great product knowledge. Definitely recommend them.

Staff were quick to help with my green pool but made misleading claims about some of my existing chemicals at home. Then charged a very high price for equivalent stuff at a lower concentration. Frustrating as a customer to seek out help from a professional only to feel like you got scammed in the end, be sure you’re aware of what the purpose of each of the chemicals do and how they differ from competing products before shopping here.
