The team from Jindalee Swimart rapidly sorted out my failing filter pump, responding quickly to my service request, providing great advice and recommendations and installing a new pump quickly so I was not without service in my pool for long. Thanks team for great support.

Another shout out for Dan who arrived today to sort out a difficult light problem and went above and beyond and fixed the problem staying well over his finishing time I am sure! All done with humour good grace and couldn’t have been more helpful.
I must say I have used this company now for eight years and all the guys have been great, including the staff on the end of the phone when answering queries. Amazing service - well done!

I used Swimart Jindalee for 15 years for regular pool maintenance and repairs. But not any more.
Very disappointed in the manner and tone in which I was spoken to when I asked them to match prices and/or assist me with plugging in a new chlorinator cell on the back of a $530 service quote.
I would have bought the new chlorinator cell from them (which they quoted at $1,050) if they could match the price from another pool shop offering the same genuine part for $749.
It was a token $50 to plug in the cell - couldn't see past doing that at no charge for me despite getting the go ahead for the green pool clean up.
Well done in alienating a loyal customer.

Apologies you felt alienated with your interaction with us on this occasion, we will always and have always, strived to achieve the opposite with every interaction we undertake with clients.
It’s a shame you choose to take our professional advice and purchase the product from an online warehouse, rather than invest in the loyalty we built up together over 15 years. Particularly for long standing customers, we will always try to be competitive on price for like-for-like products, otherwise an installation fee applies for products bought elsewhere.
