I acknowledge the positive feedback Swimart Jindalee Pool Cleaning/Maintenance has online. My pool servicing arrangements were with another provider who fell ill and was unable to continue his business. The former provider organised Swimart to take over all his clients. Swimart attended to the first regular clean/maintenance since the provider switch over on 31/3/26. That evening I received an invoice for the service. Although it was more than double the regular cost at $351.65 (and the most I have ever paid the pool maintenance provider was $188): in the context of fluctuating consumables throughout a pool's maintenance cycle - I paid without thinking much of it. The following day, I noticed the pool was quite dirty, debris on the floor, giving the appearances it had not been vacuumed or cleaned; and the water colour hazy. Certainly, the appearances of the pool less than 24 hours after its $351.65 clean/maintenance was terrible. I emailed the team at Swimart Jindalee twice and had no response. After a week, I contacted the team and the services person who spoke to me acknowledged he had seen the email ... but did not explain further why he thought it was acceptable not to respond to a legitimate query/complaint. He offered some excuse about the walls being dirty when they cleaned the pool - which didn't make sense to me - but I am no pool expert. Swimart came out the following day but I don't know what they did because the state of the pool remains bad. I have emailed them again - and I know from last time that they receive emails - but once again, it appears as though its not worthy of responding to. This never happened with the other provider who was thorough and diligent. I note the overwhelming google feedback commends Swimart on their service. So is Swimart usually good but because they inherited me as a customer - I get a second rate, grossly overpriced for what it is, service? Or, did Swimart just do a sloppy job on my pool now that their customer base has increased with the inherited customers and the service quality has taken a hit? Either way, it doesn't inspire confidence in Swimart as a business or as individuals performing their work! With so many providers in the market - I'd suggest you take your business to those who diligently perform their work; and deprive businesses like Swimart that are greedy, overpriced, and inconsiderate to their customers.

Highly recommend Swimmart, Jindalee. Mike managed to do in 1 afternoon, what I couldn't in 3 months.... Remove the black spot. Pool clean, water clear, and a weight off my shoulders. Mike talked me through his process and applied a ton of elbow grease, he also explained how the salt water chlorinator worked and where it may be letting me down. Can't speak highly enough of the customer service I have received from everyone I was in contact with during this process, so refreshing.

I was really impressed with Layne when he came to service my pool. He was polite, knowledgeable and really attentive. I look forward to Layne continuing to assist me and must commend him on his positive attitude also. There should be more people like Layne around!

We are very happy customers and impressed by the customer service. After a minor misunderstanding Swimart offered us a complimentary service and checkup. Dan the pool technician was the loveliest man and nothing was too much trouble. He found trouble that we didn’t know we actually had. An older filtering unit which leaked water 😱 . This was only detected yesterday . We are very grateful to Swimart for arranging such a quick installation of a new unit. I know it is a busy time of year for a lot of Pool companies. A BIG THANK YOU 🙏

Our pool has been regularly serviced by Swimart Jindalee for the past 18 years. We are impressed by the technicians who attend on-site, as they are quick to identify any issues before they become a problem. Our pool cleaning robot has also benefited from excellent service when it encounters a malfunction. We feel comfortable contacting them to discuss any issues over the phone at any time. Their advice and professional manner are exceptional.

We have been attending this business for many years. About a month ago our pool chlorinator would not stop “beeping”. I rang swimart where I was advised that we needed to book a technician at a l$135 call-out fee to investigate the problem . I had no choice so I booked him for the following Monday. In the meantime I found out through utube that it was actually the water sensor lead which had come loose. Upon cancelling the technician on the Monday morning the girl at reception asked me how did I fix the problem. So I told her. Her reply to me, was that when she mentioned the problem to the technician at the time I first rang was that they thought that’s what the problem was. Why wouldn’t she tell me to check out the sensor lead first before booking an expensive call out fee.? Needless to say we will never visit swimart at Jindalee again

I recently had my pool equipment replaced, and I’m very happy with the service provided by Dan and Emily. English is my second language , it was not easy to find the right brand and model for me. Dan completed the installation and everything works perfectly. The system is quieter and more energy-efficient than before, which I really appreciate. He was also patient with my 100 questions and helped me choose the most suitable setup and explained everything on how to maintain the pool. Emily was also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain different options, including variable speed pumps and chlorinators. making communication smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and trustworthy team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool equipment upgrades or maintenance.

Earlier this week I purchased a new Viron XT Pump, Hydrochlor MKIII Chlorinator and an S600 Media Filter. Sales Manager, Matthew, came on Monday and gave an appraisal, options and prices, without any hard sell. I made my selection after a couple of days of correspondence. On the Friday two very professional installers came around and installed everything, plus disposed of my old equipment, all inside 2 hours. Sorry, can’t remember their names but one was a big Kiwi lad. Highly recommend.
