Mitch always seems to care about the customers and even time I get a technician out to do my pool they always friendly and answer all my questions

I called these guys with a pool problem, 5 days before Christmas, and I was added to the list for Saturday afternoon because that was the only time. I was very impressed with their willingness to take on another job and with Mitchell's helpfulness. Thoroughly recommend them.

Perfect. Went to pool shop 1 km up the road and products supplied made pool worse. Went to Swimart and added stuff they supplied and water cleared in 2 days. It was a reversal of the other pool shops remedy. I can't recommend more highly. This review is after 2 months and our pool is still perfect.

Very good service. Accurate remedy for cloudy pool and low cost of $30. We previously been going to one in main st and found them arrogant (especially the large lady). We spent lots of money there and not great results. Swimart down near RTM is great. Friendly which is a comforting difference to others that ignore your preferences and just get you to spend money unnecessarily. 10 out of 10 from us.
