absolutely incompetent cannot keep up with demand and after speaking the Chris the Head of Retail at the Takapuna branch, has no desire to remedy this. All i got from him was every excuse under the sun as to why my pool is dirty and their cleaners cannot keep up with their schedule. go somewhere else these guys are useless if i could zero stars this is what i would give them.

As a newby pool owner, it's great to be able to get good advice and good products at reasonable prices. The team behind the counter are always helpful and friendly. I have yet to utilise their maintenance services so can't comment on that yet.

Title: Incorrect invoice, poor communication and unresolved issue
Review:
I received an incorrect invoice from this company and raised the issue with them immediately. Despite explaining clearly that the charges were wrong, there was no meaningful response or correction. Instead, I continued to receive automated messages, including service reminders and payment demands for amounts I do not owe.
This entire situation has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. A reputable business should take responsibility for their mistakes, correct invoices promptly and communicate professionally. Unfortunately, none of this happened in my case.
