Another great experience in customer service from SwimArt Glen Waverley where the staff are ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. James and Ryan were so helpful when we visited the shop on Sunday, culminating in organising for their technician to check our pool filter sensors in person. Today Austin rang ahead to check what we needed then arrived promptly within the time frame given. Austin provided excellent advice and service today, confirming that we didn’t require sensor probes to be cleaned because our filter has inbuilt sensors (I had been told by previous SwimArt staff at a different location previously to regularly check and clean our filter’s sensor probes). Austin didn’t make me feel daft for not knowing this and he acted ethically by not charging me for something I didn’t need when other service people probably would. Great work, Austin, with thanks to you, James, Ryan and all at SwimArt Glen Waverley.
