Spent big bucks on several attempts to diagnose a simple problem. A brand new pump that I really didn’t and several more paid visits proved that these guys have absolutely no idea. It’s all about the rip off, don’t expect to get anything like knowledgeable service They got the money and couldn’t give a stuff about their incompetence

At the time of our visits, we assessed both the pump and your suction cleaner and explained that the pump had failed and required replacement, and that the cleaner itself was significantly worn after many years of use. We provided clear recommendations and options to restore proper performance, based on what we found on site. We always aim to be transparent and offer practical solutions, and we’re happy to revisit this with you if you’d like to discuss further.
