I requested a quote to replace my pool pump. I was told they needed to inspect my existing pump before providing any pricing. Even after I specifically asked if they could provide an approximate price before attending, they insisted on carrying out an assessment first. Unfortunately, the process was extremely slow, and I decided not to proceed with them. Despite this, I was charged an assessment fee via direct debit without my authorisation or permission. Very disappointing experience. The lack of transparency around the assessment fee, combined with the extremely slow service, has left me with a very poor impression. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
