I came into swimmart on my break and I walked in to this whif off fish and minge, absolutely reeked. Lachie, I think his name was. Hadnt showered in weeks, disgusting. Outside of that his customer service was nothing to mess around abouts, he was awesome, quick informative responses, postivite and patient attitude and his advice was truly spectacular. Hlped me pickout the right salts for my pool. Will definitely be back, just try clean up the smell lachie danes.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the team at Swimart Cheltenham. The service technicians — Brett, Aaron, Craig, Anthony and Tom — clearly have years of experience in the trade. Their knowledge and workmanship really show in every visit. Whenever one of them services my pool, the job is completed to perfection. There isn’t an issue this team can’t fix. Highly recommend them — easily number one in the pool business.
