The store was clean, well-organised, and fully stocked, so I found everything I needed in one visit. The water testing service was quick and accurate, and they gave clear instructions that actually worked my pool has never looked better. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Had my pool water analyzed for the first time- great service and excellent knowledge

Had a faulty capacitor on our pool pump a couple of weeks ago. Rang up swimart Charmhaven and they acknowledged a warranty job. The next Monday a staff member came out and replaced the part promptly and I without drama. Quick efficient and drama free. Well done Swimart Charmhaven.

We've never had a pool before, and when our robotic cleaner stopped working we took it down to Swimart Charmhaven. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So very happy with the service. The cleaner is now working (it needed new tyres) and we'll soon be able to use the pool again. A fantastic experience. Thank you all.

It is very refreshing to deal with a professional family owned business that does not try to rip you off. Swimart Charmhaven is not exactly within my area, yet I will keep calling them for any pool related issues. They installed my pool lights, pool cover and replaced a burned pool pump.
