I am a widow living on my own last four years, we have been clients of Steve and Fiona much longer, today David and Adien came to deliver and administer Duckoff to my pool ( ducks driving me crazy), this service is amazing while here they noticed my pool cleaner was struggling it is no trouble for the boys to keep my pool and all connected to it in great shape. Thank you all for your kindness caring and great work that you all do. Keeps me happily in my home.🎈🎈

These guys are very good at what they do. Followed up on a warranty issue and even though the mfg delayed in supplying parts for the repair ,they organised a loan unit in the meantime. Thanks

Thank goodness for Fiona at Swimart Capalaba. I am a pool owner of 20-years but was lost after a 'fault' that occurred during the recent Brisbane cyclone. Fiona diagnosed over the phone what the likely issue was, and she was spot on. Relieved. Thought I was facing a significant repair bill. Thanks heaps, Fiona!

Drive past several pool shops to these guys. Service is amazing, & they are good for a laugh. After Cyclone Alfred's visit, the owners had no power after most had it back, and they still helped everyone with a smile.

These guys & Gals solved my water quality problems. They have the latest centrifuge water testing tech which brought up an undiagnosed algal bloom from the Ducks. I service my pool myself now, no probs thanks to Swimart Capalaba. Thanks Guys.

Great service. Had a green pool 2 days before Christmas and Swimmart got me sorted with some chemicals, tested my chlorinator, confirmed it was the issue, and came out and installed a new chlorinator - on Christmas Eve! Had a lovely clear pool for Christmas and New Years. Much appreciated.

Got what i needed

I’ve had them come out to do a service on my pool when I first moved in and they did a fantastic job. I’ve also been in store for advice and they had all the answers. Highly recommended. Even serviced my old cleaner and it’s like new now.

I called into Swimart Capalaba this morning (Saturday) fairly confident I would be placing an order for a new Cartridge Filter unit, a Pre Filter device and everything else that was needed for the instal. With the cost of the removal of the old equipment I was expecting a bill for $3,000 or more. To Swimart’s credit, a half hour “tutorial” about my current system by a switched on employee resulted in me spending nothing! That truly is excellent customer service Swimart Capalaba that takes a little beating.

Ridiculous prices, a spa filter I can buy online for $29.80 they want $99 for exact same brand too, I bought the same filter here 6 months ago for $49? I definitely won’t be shopping here anymore 😳😡
