The best experience in pool maintenance I’ve found in Cairns. Matt Croft who services and maintains our pool has to be one of the best guys around. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. It’s a pleasure every time we have him service our pool. He’s just completed a treatment to clean all the brown staining from our concrete pool without acid washing and it’s looking great. I highly recommend these guys for all your pool needs.

Amazing service and education on keeping pool in top condition. We are new to this shop as we moved suburbs, and they have been very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing business to work with rude staff called with a issue Monday was told some one would be here Wednesday but no one arrived until Friday afternoon before long weekend and was told they couldn't help found another company that could help and they solved the problem which was the faulty pump supplied by Swimart when I called to receive a refund caused by the faulty pump was my issue to resolve as I went off my own back to fix the issue highly recommend to go any where else for assistance. The bloke I spoke to I'm guessing was the manager but by his professionalism I guess not. Recommend to try any where else in cairns
