Been going to swimart for a long time, last few times they told me I need salt in my pool and I explained to them my reading is totally different to yours, so last time I went same thing and I said I'm not getting any salt, then the older lady said you got a issue with your salt meter and that you need see what's going on and we can't help you..there is no problem with my salt chlorinator so it has to be your pool testing and reading the wrong salt measurements..so I think you guys need to get your equipment check, so I found a new pool shop and they said your salt reading is fine...

These guys have helped me out on numerous occasions. Their knowledge is fantastic. I'm always confident they'll diagnose and solve any problem. Last week the pool went from green to blue in hours.

Super helpful team today. I was looking for a 20+ year old part for my pool floor vaccuum (item wasn't purchased at Swimart) and they spent time helping me google and suggesting possible options to find the part. They didn't have to do that. Thanks guys :)

The older lady that works here is incredibly short and rude. I feel that when you work in customer service, it is job to, at the very least, be polite. The older lady is just very abrupt and very rude - the way she treated me on my most recent visit was actually upsetting. I won’t be coming back - I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend.
