Don’t know what there doing have been playing games with my parter about the pool had someone else come out and fix it in one go would not recommend to anyone manager is a lier and says what ever he can to try to keep You paying

Went in to purchase a replacement pool filter cartridge. I was told it would be nearly $500 and that my pool builder installed the wrong pool pump and I would have nothing but issues if I replaced the cartridge and tried to sell me a 3.5k pump. Went to another pool shop and got a replacement cartridge for under $200 and it has been working well for the past 12 months no issues.

I brought a robot unit from the swim mart team, I had a few issue setting up and getting unit to clean pool. Swim mart took my information helped me over the phone and got in contact with supplier to resolve issues in a fast efficient and helpful manner! I have recently switched to Swimart Beenleigh from another local pool shop. The difference between the two on service and knowledge is huge. I have been dealing with Drayton, no judgement just outstanding service. I required some work to be done to my filtration system, the tech who turned up was knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Swimart Beenleigh.

Service gone down hill since Michael left. Purchases a $3300 pool cleaner from them asked for assistance in getting a part replaced so it can work. It was all to hard for them. Miserable service too. Response to owners reply - That’s an interesting recall of events. Also a blatant lie misleading and false to the community. You did nothing short of bad mouth your distributor maytronics about being “a nightmare to deal with”, couldn’t recall my order let alone get parts. We never cancelled any order as you didn’t place it. We had to continuously follow you up. Maytronics who I went to directly were exceptional to deal with and had the matter resolved promptly and professionally. Happy for your growth in business though now with a few less customers. I was in today (14/02/2025) during the fuel leak emergency at the petrol station next door, the workers all acted swiftly and professional.

Store opening times are incorrect on google, says they are open until 4:30 but closes at midday :(
