It’s a pity that we can only give 5 stars max, the team at Balwyn deserve 10 at least!!! Chris and his team spent hours with us on the phone to Japan and helping my daughter and I (who are totally ignorant of makes/models or even what we were looking for!) navigate purchasing a pump and chlorinator etc etc; and explaining how to set it all up … and then packaging it for us to post!!
