I had issues with my sand filter and I found the staff to be very helpful. While they couldn't assist with my particular brand of sandfilter, they listened and offered a lot of suggestions. Thanks in particular to JB.

Shared phone number between stores. Wrong information given on stock and when ya get there they tell ya some other store does. Yeah, I’m gonna waste another half hr going to another store (that another moron) tells me they have the product your after 😆👍. Find your next closest local pool store & ring them instead. I have been coming here on behalf of my family for over 4 years. They give advice and services needed to keep our pool as clean and safe for use as possible. Staff help move heavy equipment and containers of chlorine which has been a help for my father and myself. Decent service by staff and rarely had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes to be served. 4/5 I can recommend for anyone with a pool and seeking help keeping it both clean and safe.

I have not ever been into the store, however these guys come to our home and service the pool. They do a magnificent job, they are both efficient and respectful and always leave the pool sparkling. We did have a problem with the cleaner mechanics and this was fixed after the 2nd visit after the previous pool company had told me there was nothing wrong with it, repeatedly! Highly recommend Chris, Justin and the team! 🤠🥳🎉
