I am very disappointed with my recent service from Swimart Ascot. They have lost me and my family as a customer. They have already visited once and they were booked again for the following week and cancelled the appointment and because I didn't buy a pump from them.

Since relocating to Brisbane in recent times we have been pleased to have connected with the team at Aspley Swimart. They have now added the Ascot branch to their care reach. The chlorinator and dosing pump on our acquired pool was in need of an upgrade and Jackson arranged for a new system to be installed. Once it was up and running successfully, the included wireless app showed its performance conveniently. The new addition has been most conservative in its use of acid compared with the older model. I always receive clear instructions on any required treatment from the whole team who are well-versed on pool maintenance.

My pool was wonderfully serviced, chemicals balanced and chlorine filter cleaned. I have a safe pool in time for summer for my family.
